Balloon hem with under-dress that follows the body so you feel held, while the outer-dress poofs and swings. Gathered pleats along the enclosed elastic neckline makes for easy on / off, full bishop sleeves finished with bias bound cuffs. Pockets of course. Snaps at shoulder to hold bra straps.
