Econyl is a regenerated nylon from rescued waste such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flouring and industrial plastic from landfills and oceans. These residues are recycled and transformed back into its original pure property, creating new threads that are exactly like virgin nylon, which are then processed into textile yarn. This nylon has the potential of being recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality. Econyl reduces the global warming impact of nylon by up to 80% compared with the material from oil.
